A selective fall cohort for founders, creators, and builders. Small group. Private kickoff. September 21 through December.
You're not short on ideas or drive. But the decisions pile up — what to prioritize, what to let go, where to push harder — and most of the time you're making them alone or with people who don't have enough context to really help.
A room where your thinking gets sharper because of who's in it.
GDT is a space to bring the real work — the thing you're building, the decision you're stuck on, the opportunity you're weighing — and think through it with people capable of seeing what you can't see alone. Clarity, perspective, feedback, iteration. Not a framework. A thinking room.
It starts with a private kickoff — a one-on-one with Ysabel to cut through the noise and identify where your energy matters most right now. That sets the foundation.
From there, you bring your actual work into the room. Product decisions, positioning questions, creative direction, strategy tradeoffs, new opportunities you're weighing — whatever you're actively building or navigating. The group becomes an ongoing thinking room where you pressure-test ideas, get perspective you can't get alone, and come back each time with the next iteration.
Private Kickoff — Working Sessions — Real Work Between
This isn't for people starting from zero. It's for founders, creators, and independent builders who already have real momentum — you've built something, made money from your work, led projects, or are actively navigating something with a lot of moving pieces.
You might be running a company while juggling several other ventures. You might be exploring what your next chapter looks like after building something successful. You might be deep in product, positioning, marketing, and growth decisions for something you're scaling right now.
The common thread: you'd benefit from a consistent room of sharp people who can see what you can't see alone.
You don't need to arrive with one perfectly defined project. You need to arrive with something worth thinking through.
Documentary Producer · Creator · Social Strategist
India joined GDT as a documentary filmmaker and content creator with real talent but no clear framework for growth. Through the cohort, she rebuilt her creative process, got specific about her audience, and started treating her work like a business. Since joining, she's grown her audience from 1.8K to 30K+, generated 20M+ views, built approximately $40K in independent creator revenue, and landed paid partnerships and international media features.
More recently, she came into a session creatively blocked — pulled between client work, revenue pressure, competing opportunities, and what she actually wanted to create next. In one session, she clarified what deserved her energy, surfaced a new creative direction, and began rethinking her business model around creative freedom. That's what the room does.
"I finally stopped hiding and started creating as myself. The perspective I gained through GDT helped me trust my own voice, make bolder creative decisions, and grow my audience."
